About this vacancy
As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for system requirements and product configuration management as well as supporting multidisciplinary teams (SW, HW, V&V) during the complete Product Development Lifecycle according to the V-model approach.
What we expect from you
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields
- Previous experience in testing automotive E/E systems is a plus
- Knowledge of ECUs, body electronics, sensors/actuators, infotainment, and ADAS components
- Knowledge of Functional Safety ISO26262 and/or ASPICE standards
- Strong problem‑solving skills and capability to support root cause analysis
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Availability for national and international travel
- Good command of both Italian (C1) and English.
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €35,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company’s applicable policies.
